At Shravi Fashions, we strive to provide you with high-quality, stylish ethnic wear and impeccable customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns  

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Kindly share clear photos or a 360° video showing the defect or damage, including the packaging. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund without any hassles.

  • Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund after verifying the claim.

  • Unboxing Video Required: For any return request related to damage or defects, an unboxing video from the start of the package opening is mandatory. This helps us process your request swiftly and fairly.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional events.

  • Color variation due to screen resolution or lighting.

  • Size-related issues (please refer to the size chart before ordering).

  • Minor irregularities in fabric, dye, or handwork – these are common in handcrafted items and are not considered defects.


Exchange

  • We do not offer size exchanges, so please check the size chart and measurements carefully before ordering.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received back in original condition, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued only via the original payment method.
